College of Idaho and TVCC womens and mens program will play exchange games on Friday night April 30th 2010. Please come and watch this two programs compete. Games will be held at the Hubbard field site of the 2010 Performance Cup. For more information on these fine programs see the following links. Admission is free and games will be on field #1

General Information

Registration Deadline: April 10th, 2010
U10 Entry Fee: $385 (8v8)
U11 - U12 Entry Fee: $450 (8v8)
U13 - U19 Entry Fee: $550
This Class I tournament is open to affiliated competitive teams from US Club Soccer, other USSF affiliated members and foreign countries. Premier and Classic divisions of play are offered, for boys and girls age U10 - U19.
A $75 late fee applies for any application post marked after April 10th, 2010.
Please note that Local teams may be asked to play a Friday night game April 30th. Out of town teams will not be scheduled Friday night games unless requested by the coach prior to April 10th, 2010.

Tournament Check-In
At tournament check-in, each team will need the following:
USCLUB Team Check-in:
- Provide five (5) completed copies of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- This form is available in two formats for your convenience below.
- Medical Release for each player
- Player Cards for US CLub
- Hotel Confirmation Form for out of town teams on or before April 10th.
USYSA Team Check-in
- Provide five (5) completed copies of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- This form is available in two formats for your convenience below.
- Medical Release for each player
- Travel Papers required for all out of state teams
- Copy of State roster for Verification Purpose
- Player Cards for USYSA
- Hotel Confirmation Form for out of town teams on or before April 10th.

New this year is the Idaho Cup Champions Division
This is the championship division for member clubs and teams that hold US Club Soccer pass cards. This year’s Idaho Cup for U16-18 teams is tied to this Performance Cup tournament. Idaho Cup Champions winners will be given preferential seeding at US Club Soccer’s 2010 National Cup IX Regional’s. See the Tournament rules for Details

Tournament T-shirt Pre-Orders
You will find a small selection at the SOCCER ETC booth at the tournament entrance.
For the Performance Cup, we will only be ordering a limited number of Tournament T-shirts. The best way to guarantee that you will receive a shirt is to pre-order them through your team manager, using the following procedure.
T-shirt Pre-order Procedures for Team Managers
- Team Manager distributes T-Shirt Preorder Form to players/parents.
- Team Manager collects T-shirt Preorder Forms and checks from players/parents.
- Team Manager completes the T-Shirt Order Recap Form.
- Team Manager mails the completed T-shirt Order Recap Form and all checks from players/parents to:
