BCSC Scholar-Athletes of the Month

| March, 2010: Rachel Faeth, U13G
Rachel is a member of our GU13 Premier team and brings energy and passion to everything she does. While in the midst of advanced classes, Rachel is maintaining straight A's and serving as 7th grade student council senator at North Star Charter School. Outside of school, Rachel has been a successful part of both her school ski racing team and her BCSC team. Rachel was given the honor of team captain by her BCSC teammates. In addition to the time she spends doing school and athletics, Rachel is involved in her community and recently worked with friends to supply crafts and toys to the CityLight Women's Shelter.

| February, 2010: Sydney McCoy, U16G
Sydney is a member of our girls U16 Premier team and has a positive influence in all her activities. Whether being a student and athlete at Mountain View High School or a volunteer child care provider at her church, Sydney takes on each responsibility with a positive attitude and a smile. Sydney's history teacher Jason Miraya says, "[Sydney] is friendly, courteous, and positive. She is patient and works well with others while being supportive and having a cooperative attitude. Her work ethic is impeccable and will benefit her in future endeavors."

January, 2010: Peyton Moon, U17G
Peyton plays for our U17 Premier girls and comes highly recommended from coaches and leaders in the community. Whether captaining the Skyview varsity team or volunteering countless hours to community and school projects, Peyton represents the true spirit of an accomplished student-athlete. Says high school coach Lawrence Nitu, Peyton demonstrates leadership and sportsmanship at the highest quality as a student-athlete. She is a young lady leading others to do things the right way, while conducting herself in the proper light."
